PMP Basketball Camp is dedicated and focused on teaching your children the importance of integrity, good communication, and strong work ethic. PMP Camp is designed to improve individual and team concepts by using progressive drills that boost self-esteem, develop communication skills and reward success.
We keep a 7:1 player to coach ratio. That’s how we get to know your kids individually and ensure every player receives personalized attention and evaluation. We work hard to deliver the best experience we can.
Held at Pasadena City College from 9am - 2pm, lunch provided.
Private Basketball Lessons

PMP Private Lessons are customized to the specific ability of each individual. Our goal each lesson is for you to gain confidence as you improve in your skill level. You will improve your conditioning and fundamental basketball skills working one-on-one with one of our experienced coaches.

We love to see you grow in your game. We’ve been able to guide and instruct over 2,000 basketball players since we started Practice Makes Perfect Basketball in 1999. My staff and I put an emphasis on developing fundamental basketball skills to enhance each player’s ability. PMP is challenging and competitive for each individual. We operate PMP with an open and encouraging atmosphere.

Do not bring:
Parking: Pasadena City College parking is located in the structure on Del Mar and Hill Street. Parking is $2.00 per day. Parking passes may be purchased from the yellow machines in the structure. PMP camp will not be responsible for any parking tickets.
Registration: Registration for Camp and BOOST will begin at 8:30 sharp Monday morning in the Gymnasium.
Note: Pasadena City College gymnasium is “GM” building is located north of the Football Field.
Lunch: Please note if your child is allergic or doesn’t prefer to eat camp meals, please bring a sack lunch.

PMP uses "camp dollars" to reward our campers for their hustle, heart, determination, improvement, and coach-ability. Two hundred camp dollars is awarded to past campers who refers a new friend or teammate to PMP camp. Please email the list of friends, family members, or teammates you have referred one week prior to the first day of camp, so we can properly credit you with your camp dollars.
Points are used to purchase items such as:
Tournament games will be played in the afternoon at approx. 1:00pm, in the (GM) building for any parents interested in watching.
Drop off: You may drop your child off at camp at 8:30am.
Pick up: At the end of each camp day, campers must be picked up by a parent in the Gymnasium at 2pm sharp. If a parent is not available to pick up their child, and would like to authorize another adult to pick up their child then a permission slip, allowing the child’s release must be given to PMP at registration. Each camper’s coach will be responsible for signing out your child at the end of the camp day.
Late pick up fee: A 15 minute grace period is given to allow parents to pick up their children in the Gymnasium. Parent’s who pick up campers after 2:15 p.m. will be charged a late pick up fee of $1 per minute, per child. You will be sent an invoice with all late fee charges at the conclusion of the camp session.
